Cheap thrills: coasting down steep hills in cars. Seattle, because of all of the f'ing hills, has a number of good streets for this. Two of my favorites are on Beacon Hill - Holgate from Beacon Hill into SoDo and McClellan from Beacon Hill into Rainier Valley are both good. Holgate has a long landing strip, so you can get going really fast when no one is around, but McClellan runs into cross-streets, so you have to go a little slower. McClellan does have the small flat sections in the middle that give you the weird stomach sensations.

If you keep tea bags in your pants pockets, make sure you take all of them out before you wash your pants.
