Kid Tetris

The startup thing is happening. We should be in motion by Christmas or so. It's slightly frightening that I'll have to do something for the first time in over a year. Not slightly. Really frightening.

I went to Costco. It is more pleasant during the middle of week, during the day time, but there's an awful lot of women who look like would-be Real Housewives of Seattle contestants. That show is a contest, right?

Thanksgiving sandwich is old times. Thanksgiving pizza is new.
-pizza dough
-sauce: dried cranberries (chopped), almonds (chopped), olive oil, smashed garlic
-shredded bits of turkey
-green onions
-swiss cheese, maybe some parmesan (probably use the cheap stuff)
-cook it. About halfway through cooking, pull it out, top with some finely chopped cabbage, and throw it back in.

Nice contrasts of sweet, salty, tart, oily, crunchy.
