By way of background, at this point Ryan Howard had moved to New York and Karen had left Scranton for Utica.

There are some things that fit with the plot arcs (Andy had been in anger management in season 3) but Ryan and Karen were gone at that point, so Ryan would not be covering reception (though it foreshadows developments from later seasons?). Andy is also written as both "Andy" and "Andrew", which is weird.
And it's hard to imagine why the warehouse would have a 7pm safety meeting.
