There was a large accident on the opposite side of a road and I did not hear the siren of a police car responding to said accident because a) my car seems too dampen outside sounds quite well, and b) I was blasting Rigoletto (specifically this part) far too loudly. So I didn't pull over to the side of the road until I noticed that everyone else was doing it.
