OCD - Observable Commercial Difficulties
Lately I've become completely entranced by eBay listings for Mariner tickets. Because of the negative sentiment toward the team, prices for the most marquee games are having trouble getting much past face value. I've been toying with the idea of how to model this phenomenon - team gets crappy and open market ticket prices tank.

OCD - Outstanding Calexico Disc
The new Calexico EP is great, esp. "Alone Again Or" and "Sirena."

OCD - Overnight Channel-switching Dilemma
When baseball games get into the 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th inning, you have to keep watching them, because of the amount of time you've already invested. It's like building a hotel. You don't just stop when you're 90% done because the estimated time to completion has passed or the cost of concrete goes up (the opportunity cost of watching the game is not watching some other show - as the game gets longer, this probably increases). You have to watch it. You HAVE TO.

OCD - Ordered Clothes Diagram
All of my clothes are in a closet - I have no use for a dresser (or "bureau"). And the bulk of them are on hangers. And probably once every 2 weeks I go through and sort these by purpose ("to be worn on one's body, so as to not have to be naked in public") or usefulness.

OCD - Occupational Culinary Dividends
In roughly 9 months at the firm, I've been taken on what amounts to a tour of the better restaurants in Seattle. I'm waiting for this to get old, but it just doesn't. At some point it has to stop, too. I don't really want to think about that.
