Operating under the theory that human knowledge is circular - that eventually all discredited knowledge will be accepted again (but also because such textbooks are cheaper) - I am opening the Tetris Discount Schools.

We will train students in discredited methods and approaches to subjects, at low low prices (realize that "discount" is a bit of a pun - the knowledge is discounted, the prices are discounted!).

When other schools throw out textbooks, where do they go? They go to us. Some might call these "inferior", but when your student is examining American history through a pre-Civil Rights era textbook from Alabama, aren't they really learning from primary source documents? Yes. Yes, they are.

Similarly, when teachers get fired for teaching topics that are "outside of a curriculum" - where do they go? Do they get jobs as janitors in museums? No, they get low paying jobs here (no benefits, either - we're passing the savings on to you!). A teacher who thinks the world is flat is a teacher who isn't going to be bitching about cost of living raises.

The bonus is if we are right - that eventually people might actually start believing what your student is learning - then they aren't learning "backwards" or "outdated" information, rather they are at the vanguard of education!
