There are times when it feels like the universe is pulling you apart by your hair, your teeth, your skin and it feels like whatever it is that makes you who you are is flying up or falling out, and it is mixing with everything and it is hard to know just what is going on and who you are and the world is kind of swallowing you. And you go outside and think that this place doesn't seem old enough, but later change your mind and it seems too old, and maybe this is a symptom of your disconnection. There's no prescription drug for that yet.
