I found a database of election results that is broken down by precinct, so I made it my sandbox and played around with it.

The Precincts in Washington State with the Highest Percentage of People Choosing to Vote on the Democratic Ticket (min 90 votes):

Precinct D R L
SEA 37-1906 175 2 0
SEA 37-1938 157 2 0
SEA 37-1907 141 2 0
SEA 37-1899 127 2 0
SEA 43-1372 124 2 0

And Vice-Versa (min 90 votes):

Precinct D R L
C-H 48-0322 34 100 0
MED 48-0748 28 67 0
HPT 48-0533 67 132 2
MED 48-0752 66 121 0
AUB 31-0080 73 125 2

All of the 37th district precincts are in a map. 1899, 1906 and 1907 are in Madison Valley, 1938 is in the north end of Rainier Valley. 1372 is in Wallingford.

The Republican precincts are in Clyde Hill ("C-H"), Medina ("MED"), Hunt's Point ("HPT") and Auburn. If you play the Sesame Street song "One of these Things (is not like the others, one of these just doesn't belong, can you tell which thing is not like the others, by the time I finish my song?)" - the answer is Auburn. There are 3 Eastside communities that are all share the same peninsula-type dealie in Lake Washington and enjoy astronomical household incomes, whereas this particular Auburn precinct is entirely farms and rock quarries.

The Vice-Versa inside of Seattle, i.e. precincts with the highest percentage voting on the Republican primary ballot:

Precinct D R L
SEA 43-1992 129 171 0
SEA 43-1818 95 71 3
SEA 36-1696 124 80 2
SEA 46-1957 88 56 1
SEA 43-2108 31 17 2

1992 is Broadmoor Golf Club. 1818 is Madison Park - the park itself and anything directly south of it, bordering the water. 1696 is Discovery Park. 1957 is Windermere (north of Windermere Park, south of Magnuson Park/Sand Point). 2108 is part of Greek row at UW (18th to 21st, 45th to 50th).
These aren't fervently Republican areas by any means - there's only one where they even had more primary ballots cast - but the breakdown within the entire city of Seattle was 85/14/1. (1992 had the most Republican ballots, 1408 [Alki Point] had the second most)

The most ballots cast by Seattle precinct were:

Precinct D R L Total
SEA 36-1772 357 112 5 474
SEA 46-2215 286 92 4 382
SEA 34-1408 234 124 3 361
SEA 43-1842 303 54 4 361
SEA 43-1776 244 81 7 332

1772 is is Belltown below 3rd, between Broad and Vine. 2215 is the far northwest corner of Seattle. 1408 is Alki. 1842 is in the First Hill area. 1776 is the downtown core - between Seneca and Olive, 1st and 5th (for strip clubs, it would include Deja Vu, but not the Lusty Lady).

(Big ups to King County, who maintains a nice set of precinct/electoral maps)

I'm looking for registered voters, because I'm interested to see where the participation rates are higher or lower - a number of precincts that had zero votes cast in them.
